The BioRN Academy stands for the recruitment of talented life-science graduates and their further education as highly qualified managers for the regional biotech industry. Partners in the collaborative project are the Graduate School Rhine-Neckar and the SRH University of Applied Sciences, the management consultancy Graf & Associate, and the pharmaceutical and diagnostics company Roche.

Since April 2009 the partners have been developing their modules for the further qualification of life-science talents. Most of the modules are conducted in English. They are practice-oriented and geared to the life-sciences sector.

In autumn 2010, the Graduate School Rhine-Neckar will offer a pilot run of the Career Development Center (CDC) module. In the CDC participants will receive recommendations for their career development from experts and managers in the life-science field. The pilot CDC will take 2½ days and is free of charge.
