How are you growing innovation for patients?

Share your life-science project with us through our Heidelberg Innovation Prize. This award is an opportunity to showcase how you’re taking scientific discovery to the next level! 

The process

After you apply, you’ll get the chance to pitch your innovation to a panel ahead of our award ceremony where a winner will be announced.

The prize

The winner will receive access to lab space and shared equipment for one year at BioLabs Heidelberg, a life-science facility and incubator where you can continue researching your big idea. 

Following the award ceremony, all finalists are also welcome to attend Transforming Science Day on 25 February 2025 in Heidelberg. The award winner will be invited to share their experience during the event.

Once registration is open:  

  1. Read the entry requirements to see if your innovation qualifies.
  1. Submit your application to Boehringer.
  1. Register for the Innovation Prize award ceremony.

Award ceremony

The winner will be announced on 24 February 2025, at BioLabs Heidelberg in Germany. Join us in person to celebrate, network and experience the power of innovation.
