The pandemic has meant that a large part of the workforce worked from home, in the Biotech sector as well. Most employees have absorbed and assimilated what at the beginning was a challenge, with the result that this new situation has largely normalized. Hybrid models of remote work, the so-called mobile working is here to stay. However, this raises a vast array of issues and challenges for employees and employers, especially in its implementation. After an introduction about employment law aspects of the new way of working, we will hear an implementation example and open for discussion.
