Dear *|FNAME|* *|LNAME|*,
with the pandemic slowing down and everybody looking carefully to a "back to normal" scenario, we all rushed to recover the time lost to reconnect with old and new partners. Overwhelmed by conferences, fairs and networking events, the 2022 is coming to an end.
On November 29, we had our last Lounge with Katja Schenke-Layland from NMI Natural and Medical Sciences Institute at the University of Tübingen [more] and last BioRN Espresso from our annual series on SAMPLES and DATA to improve healthcare: Value, Potential, Challenges [more].
Finally, members of BioRN Network met for the annual general assembly, a celebrative occasion to summarize major achievements and plan new assignments. BioRN is closing this year with a total of 143 institutional members. Success and growth were proofed with the presentation of the results from several projects BioRN has launched or supported. Start-Ups will be invited to the network with a special reduced member fee [more].
Before sledding into holidays here few numbers extracted from our Annual Report 2022:
- 143 members (20 new members in 2022)
- BioRN is Founding Partner of BioLabs Heidelberg
- BioRN secures the GOLD label for cluster excellence (2022-2023)
- Newly established Data Exchange Think Tank
- New Horizon Europe funded project: INNAXE
- Kick off of the new service BiointeRNational
- 1 BioRN Annual Conference, 2 Investors' days, 8 BioRN Lounges, 3 BioRN Espresso, 3 BioRN Saloon (aka 'Stammtisch'), 2 Workshops for and by members, 2 Foreign Delegations, 1 Dragon Boat Cup with two teams
- and [more] in our report
Happy Holiday!
