InTraSeq technology: a multimodal single cell method for simultaneous measurement of RNA and Proteins to uncover new single cell biology
- Multimodal Measurement: InTraSeq bridges the gap in standard single cell transcriptomics by simultaneously measuring RNA and intracellular proteins, along with post-translational modifications (PTMs) from the same cell, allowing for a more complete picture of cellular functional states.
