Employer Branding – Key to high employer attractiveness

The main objectives of employer branding are to increase the general positive perception of the company on the market, to increase employee satisfaction and to attract and retain suitable talent in the long term.
How can SME´s in the life sciences get an employer branding strategy off the ground?

In the workshop you will

  • Receive an introduction to employer branding
  • hear best practices of the employer journey
  • learn more about the Corporate Influencer method

The workshop is led by the two experts Anna Herb and Leonie Herold from COMMHA Consulting, a
Heidelberg consulting company with a focus on employer branding, change and communication.

About the bioRN Breakfast:

Creativity and a ‘hands-on’ mentality are sometimes essential to tackle the war of talent.  Let’s exchange experiences and benefit from each other! Together we can develop ideas to better overcome the known hurdles. With the HR Breakfast, bioRN aims to promote dialogue between HR managers in the network. Each HR Breakfast has a focal topic, which is determined by the participants in advance. The dialogue takes place in a relaxed atmosphere over coffee, tea and small breakfast treats.

Looking forward to see you there!
