InTraSeq technology: a multimodal single cell method for simultaneous measurement of RNA and Proteins to uncover new single cell biology

Join us for an interesting talk on InTraSeq, a multimodal technology that simultaneously measures RNA, intracellular proteins, and post-translational modifications (PTMs) from the same single cell. By directly capturing protein expression and signaling pathway activation alongside transcriptomic data, InTraSeq provides a more comprehensive view of cellular functional states than standard single-cell RNA sequencing alone. The technology integrates with established 10x Genomics workflows and enables the identification of cell subtypes, differentiation trajectories, and signaling dynamics that may not be captured at the transcriptomic level.

Can Protein Building Blocks Protect Against Vascular and Kidney Damage?

Researchers from the Medical Faculty Heidelberg, the Medical Faculty Mannheim, and the Centre for Organismal Studies (COS) at Heidelberg University have launched a new research project investigating so-called dipeptides. Some of these naturally occurring protein building blocks are able to neutralize toxic metabolic by-products and may therefore help protect against vascular and kidney damage, particularly […]
