Description: In this talk, SPARTA Biodiscovery will walk us through their first-in-class, label-free single particle characterization device, capable of measuring cargo, carrier, and surface modifications simultaneously. SPARTA® (Single Particle Automated Raman Trapping Analysis) technology provides a compositional fingerprint of single nanoparticles, yielding chemical and structural information of the nanoformulation by measuring drug loading, nanoparticle composition, heterogeneity, and stability. This benchtop instrument is utilized with lipid- or polymer-based technologies, biological nanoparticles, viral vectors, and more. The presentation will introduce SPARTA® technology in detail, showcase application examples across these platforms, and discuss nanoformulation development and optimization.
